Terms and Conditions of Forwejastip Service

1. Definitions & Service Status

• Forwejastip is a provider of purchase entrustment services (commonly known as jasa titip or jastip) for goods from overseas marketplaces (such as Amazon Japan, Alibaba, and others) upon User request.
• User is the party using Forwejastip services to purchase goods.
• The Service provided is a purchasing service, not a goods sales service. Forwejastip acts as an intermediary purchaser (power of attorney to purchase) on behalf of the User, not as the seller of the goods themselves. Ownership of the goods transfers to the User at the moment Forwejastip receives the goods from the overseas seller.

2. Ordering Process & Payment

1. Product Request: The User is required to submit a valid product link from a supported marketplace.
2. Product Detection: The system will detect product information from the provided link. The final price displayed already includes the Forwejastip profit markup.
3. User Data: For the ordering and shipping process, the User is required to fill in data correctly and completely, including:
   • Full Name
   • Email Address
   • Active WhatsApp number
   • Complete delivery address in Indonesia
4. Payment: Payment is made in advance (full payment) according to the total price displayed. Available payment methods will be processed through iPaymu or other specified payment systems.
5. Changes/Cancellation: If the requested item is unavailable or the price changes significantly beyond Forwejastip’s control, then:
   • Forwejastip will provide the User with options to choose a replacement item, agree to the price change, or cancel the order.
   • If the order is canceled for this reason, the payment received will be fully refunded (100%).

3. Price, Fees & Taxes

1. Markup: The product price displayed in the system already includes a percentage markup as Forwejastip’s service fee.
2. Additional Costs: The final price does not include international shipping costs and customs duties that may arise. The User is fully responsible for all customs fees (import duties, VAT, Income Tax Article 22 on Imports, and/or excise) imposed on the imported goods. Forwejastip will provide an estimate of these costs, but the final cost is determined by the Indonesian Customs authorities.
3. Price Changes: Forwejastip reserves the right to adjust prices if significant exchange rate fluctuations or tax policy changes occur before the item is purchased, with prior notification to the User.

4. Shipping & Risk

1. Estimated Time: Shipping time estimates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Forwejastip is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (sellers, international couriers, or Customs).
2. Shipping Risk: The risk of damage or loss of goods during the shipping process from overseas to Indonesia and from the Forwejastip warehouse to the User’s address lies with the User, given that Forwejastip only acts as a purchasing intermediary. Forwejastip will assist with the insurance claim process if available, but the final decision rests with the insurance provider/courier.
3. Product Unavailability: Forwejastip is not responsible if the ordered item suddenly runs out, the price changes, or there is a unilateral cancellation by the overseas seller.

5. Return & Warranty Policy

1. Defective/Mismatched Goods: Since Forwejastip is a purchasing service on behalf of the User, responsibility for product quality, authenticity, and warranty lies entirely with the overseas seller or manufacturer. Forwejastip will assist in communicating product returns (returns) if the seller’s policy allows, but all costs and processes are fully the responsibility of the User.
2. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if:
   • Forwejastip fails to purchase the item due to unavailability or seller cancellation.
   • The final customs fees charged differ significantly from the initial estimate and the User chooses not to proceed.
3. Prohibited Items: The User is prohibited from ordering items that fall into the prohibited category for import into Indonesia (narcotics, psychotropics, firearms, ammunition, pornography, protected animals/plants, illegal goods, etc.) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Data Privacy

User’s personal data (name, address, email, WhatsApp number) will be used solely to process orders, communicate, and deliver goods. This data will not be shared with third parties beyond operational necessities (e.g., shipping couriers) without User consent, except as required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

Forwejastip reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified through the website. By continuing to use the service, the User is deemed to agree to such changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if not achieved, shall be settled through the competent court.
